On Saturday, July 1, HTRBA will be holding our 4th annual Hit-A-Thon fundraiser and End of Year Block Party at Van Horn Park!
This year, the Hit-A-Thon will be part of a larger HTRBA Block Party, with food, music, vendors, games, and special activities.
Let’s celebrate the end of another wonderful season as we get ready for All Star tournament play.

Schedule
The Hit-A-Thon Schedule of hitting sessions is below. This schedule is recommended and all participants can hit whenever they arrive.
8:30AM - Vendors set-up by 9:30
3:00 PM – T-Ball Division
4:00 PM - Coach Pitch Division Hitting
5:00 PM - Player Pitch Division Hitting
6:00 PM - Majors & 50/70 Divisions Hitting
7:00 PM - Awards Presentations - Hit-A-Thon winners, Volunteer Acknowledgements, Division Awards and Championships.
How it Works
The Hit-A-Thon is one of the league’s most fun, and critical, fundraising events. The money goes a long way to offset the costs of facility upkeep, equipment, uniforms, training clinics, and field maintenance, all of which ensure our players play well and play safely. Please consider participating. We are so thankful for your continued support!
With a minimum donation of $25, your player will receive:
- Entry into the Hit-A-Thon
- HTRBA Hit-A-Thon 2023 Event T-shirt
- Snack Stand voucher for a Hot Dog, Fries, & Slushie
- Entry into door prize raffles
- Memories they’ll NEVER forget
